Morelli Strozzapreti, or "priest stranglers," are an elongated form of cavatelli, or hand-rolled pasta typical of central and southern Italy. Perfect with Italian sausage, cream and spinach or enjoy in casseroles or tossed with roasted vegetables and olive oil.
