Morelli Orecchiette, take their name from the Italian for ‘little ears’ due to there small round shape. The classic pasta from Puglia is perfectly paired with broccoli rabe, generating strong emotions. They can also be tried with fresh cherry tomatoes, broccoli and a white sauce with shellfish.
